Freshies began with a simple idea: good mornings start with real, honest food. We serve breakfast and lunch made from fresh, organic, and locally-sourced ingredients — much of it from Colorado farms and right here in the Yampa Valley.

Our name is a nod to both halves of life in Steamboat Springs: fresh food on the plate and fresh turns on the mountain. Whether you're fueling up before first chair or catching up with friends over coffee, there's a seat for you.
